From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm, romantic, and full of anticipation. Merrydale Manor’s stunning countryside setting provided the perfect backdrop for a modern fairytale wedding — rolling green landscapes, elegant interiors, and beautifully styled spaces that photographed like a dream.

The morning began with bridal preparations surrounded by Zaralena’s closest friends, all dressed in rich satin robes that perfectly complemented the sophisticated aesthetic of the day. Natural light poured into the bridal suite while final touches were added — flawless makeup, soft glam waves, delicate lace details, and of course, the incredible engagement ring that sparkled effortlessly amongst white roses and candlelight.

Zaralena looked absolutely stunning in her gown from Brydals at Charnock Farm. The dress featured intricate lace detailing, a dramatic silhouette, and the most beautiful cathedral veil that moved effortlessly throughout the day. Every detail felt timeless and editorial all at once. Shaun looked equally sharp in a neutral-toned tailored suit that complemented the entire palette perfectly.

One of the most emotional moments of the day was their ceremony inside Merrydale Manor’s iconic glass-fronted ceremony space. Framed by cascading white florals, candlelit aisles, and soft draping, the room felt ethereal. As Zaralena walked down the aisle, the emotion in the room was undeniable.

And just when guests thought the ceremony couldn’t become any more unforgettable — the kiss was followed by an incredible indoor fireworks display, creating a moment that felt straight out of a movie.
