There are weddings that feel beautifully styled, and then there are weddings that feel completely, unapologetically them. Leah and Pad’s spring wedding at Sandon Manor was exactly that — joyful, emotional, vibrant and filled with thoughtful details that reflected their personalities and story from beginning to end.
Set against the warm red-brick backdrop of Sandon Manor on a gloriously sunny May day, the entire celebration balanced timeless elegance with modern personality. From Leah’s intricate floral gown and statement bouquet to Pad’s sentimental brown pinstripe suit and bespoke shoes, every detail felt intentional, stylish and deeply personal.
The day was beautifully captured by Robyn Francesca Photography alongside the brilliant team at Your Wedding Memories — Jon and Martin were an absolute dream to work with, bringing such warmth and calm energy throughout the day while documenting every moment so naturally.
Leah looked effortlessly elegant in a fitted floral lace gown with delicate detailing and a dramatic flowing train that moved beautifully throughout the day. Her look felt classic yet contemporary, perfectly paired with soft Hollywood waves by Carly Williams Hair and glowing, timeless makeup by Erin Moys Makeup Artist.
Her bouquet, created by Wilde Hill, brought an explosion of colour into the day — bright coral peonies, delicate blues, soft creams and pops of citrus tones created a playful, romantic contrast against the clean ivory tones of her dress. The florals carried through the entire wedding design and instantly lifted every space with colour and personality.
One of the most striking details of the morning was seeing Leah’s embroidered heels, jewellery and perfume carefully styled against the antique piano — a perfect reflection of the editorial yet sentimental feel that carried throughout the wedding.
Pad’s wedding look deserves its own moment.
Wearing a bespoke brown pinstripe double-breasted suit inspired by the exact style his grandfather wore on his own wedding day, Pad brought a level of personal storytelling to his outfit that felt incredibly special. The rich brown tailoring paired with the bold red tie and pocket square created such a strong, timeless aesthetic — classic with a touch of rock-and-roll character that suited him perfectly.
And then there were the shoes.
Pad’s bespoke-made shoes became an instant talking point of the day, adding another layer of individuality to an already iconic groom look. Together, the styling felt intentional, sentimental and completely authentic to him.
Before the ceremony, Pad spent the morning getting ready with his closest people, with grooming by Olly Moorhouse Barbering helping bring the whole look together.
The ceremony itself was filled with emotion from the very beginning.
As Leah walked in carrying her vibrant bouquet, the atmosphere instantly shifted. One of the most unforgettable moments of the day was Pad becoming visibly emotional seeing Leah for the first time — a genuine, heartfelt reaction that had everyone smiling through tears.
Sandon Manor provided the perfect setting for the ceremony and celebrations that followed. The combination of elegant interiors, warm natural light and stunning grounds gave every part of the day a relaxed yet refined feel.
Following the ceremony, guests gathered outside in the sunshine while confetti flew across the lawns and the newlyweds walked hand in hand through cheers from friends and family. The bright florals looked incredible against the historic red-brick manor house and vibrant spring greenery.
What made Leah and Pad’s wedding so memorable was how much personality was woven into every moment.
The bridesmaids wore bold coral-red dresses that perfectly complemented the florals, adding warmth and energy to the entire colour palette. From the bouquets to the cake flowers and table styling, the whole day felt vibrant without ever losing its elegance.
The incredible cake by Kelly’s Cake Kitchen featured delicate floral details that tied beautifully into the overall aesthetic, while catering by Portfolio Events kept guests well fed throughout the celebrations.
As the evening began, live vocals from Zola Courtney created the perfect atmosphere before Element Wedding DJs took over and filled the dancefloor late into the night.
Leah and Pad’s wedding was the perfect reminder that the most memorable celebrations are the ones that fully embrace who you are as a couple.
It was stylish without feeling overly formal, emotional without losing its fun, and packed with thoughtful details that made the entire day feel deeply personal. From the bright spring florals and meaningful tailoring to the emotional ceremony and joyful party atmosphere, every moment felt genuine.
A truly unforgettable wedding at Sandon Manor.
