There’s something undeniably captivating about a city wedding—the mix of historic grandeur, modern glamour, and the energy of love unfolding against an urban backdrop. Ruth and Tim’s black tie wedding at Armada House in Bristol was every bit as stylish and elegant as you’d imagine—a celebration full of romance, architecture, and head-turning fashion.

Set in the very heart of Bristol, Armada House offered the perfect blend of old-world charm and contemporary polish. Its ornate detailing, soaring ceilings, and Art Deco-inspired interiors gave the entire day a sense of grandeur—without ever losing the intimacy that made Ruth and Tim’s wedding feel so personal.

Tim arrived in serious style, chauffeured through the city streets in a blacked-out G-Wagon that turned heads the moment it pulled up. Dressed in classic black tie, he exuded confidence and charm—a modern gentleman against the backdrop of one of Bristol’s most iconic venues.

And then came Ruth.

A vision of elegance, she walked into the ceremony wearing a lace gown that hugged her silhouette with grace, paired with the most dazzling detail of all—sparkling Jimmy Choo heels that caught the light with every step. She was timeless, yet fashion-forward. Delicate, yet striking. The kind of bride you couldn’t help but stare at in awe.

Together, Ruth and Tim made the most stunning couple—elegant, stylish, and completely in love. The ceremony itself was heartfelt and full of joy, held beneath the beautiful arches and soft lighting of Armada House’s grand rooms. Laughter mixed with emotion, and the energy between them made it feel like the world had quieted for just a moment.

After the ceremony, we stepped outside to steal some portraits on the nearby city streets—Ruth’s gown catching the breeze, Tim by her side, the hum of Bristol all around. There’s something so romantic about love in the city, and these two made it look effortless.

As evening fell, Armada House transformed into a vibrant celebration space. Candlelight danced across tables dressed in elegant monochrome tones, glasses clinked, and the music began to play.
